Wow what can I say about LoriLocs, her customer service is second to none! I found her on google and emailed her so that I can book an appointment for my sister.. her response was prompt within 15mins of sending an email from her website I heard back from her and was able to make an appointment for my sister! Who told me that she had the most amazing experience to the point where she told me that she won’t be using any other hair dresser only LoriLocs! My 19 year old dreadlocks were in desperate need of a restoration. As soon as I met Lori I knew she was the right person to entrust with my hair. She was communicative every step of the way leading up to my appointment. And when the time came it was a wonderful, warm and friendly environment to spend the day. And let me tell you, I cried like a baby when I finally looked in the mirror. She gave me back my crown and I couldn't be happier. We knew that the extension color was going to be too dark and that I would need to tone them to the light blonde color I already have. And when the toner did some damage to the extensions, Lori had me back a few days later and reinforced my entire head just to be sure they were all secure. She takes so much pride in her work and loves what she does. It really shows when you meet her. If you ever need someone to do anything at all to your dreadlocks, there's no one better than Lori.

I went to her for dreadlock extensions and OH MY GOSH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never have I met a nicer and more professional woman than her. I knew I would be sitting there for a while as she did my locs so I was a little nervous about being comfortable and entertained and boy was I reassured. I was set facing the tv with my choice of movies, I had a place to put my feet up, which by the way was so nice. I truly could not have asked for a better experience or better dreadlocks! Lori started my locs around 2016 or 2017 and I went back to her 9 because I had a great experience. She always made sure I was comfortable and confirmed what I wanted to do with my hair.
